Tuning is approved and recommended at any age and stage of life. We suggest regular tuning begin when the person is able to relax and experience the full session without interruption.

Can you tune during pregnancy?
Yes! Tuning is beneficial for both baby and mama during pregnancy. When a mothers nervous system is balanced, her body has more resources to support the baby. Tuning can occur during all stages of pregnancy, except active labor.

When is the best time of day to TUNE?
Tuning balances the nervous system, so instead of thinking about the time of day, think about what could be beneficial. Ex; if you feel stressed in-between meetings, grabbing a tune-up is a good idea. If you didn’t sleep well the night before, tuning first thing in the morning is the right move to kick off your day.

How do I know which session to choose?
Our 6 session options are named after what each session helps unlock for you. Ex: Do you want to feel lighter, more joyful with more energy? Brighten is for you. Are you seeking extended periods of time of concentration? Try Focus. Each tune frequency balances the nervous system and floods your body with happiness endorphins while guiding you in the direction of your session choice.

Do the session options ever change?
The session options don’t change but our content does. We have a team of neural musicians who create all of our music. Our music requires a multi-layered mixing of our medical-grade proprietary frequencies with our neural music layered on top. We then crossfade and blend the tracks to create potent tracks that take your body and mind on a journey to balance. The six session options remain the same while we turn over the content of 1 track every month.

Who is restricted from tuning?
It is unsafe to tune if you have:
– a pacemaker
– a cochlear implant
– any neural implant that emits a wave form
– all magnetoelectric implant

Those with these forms of implants are restricted from tuning because the functionality of their devices might be affected due to the large magnets in the TUNE. Upon sign in before every session, we require each user to check a box stating they can not use it if they have a pacemaker. Upon medical consultation, those with implants that contain magnets, like a pacemaker, understand that seeing a pacemaker restriction applies to all devices in this category.

Can you TUNE with a metal plate or rod implant?
Yes. You can tune with any metal implant according to your own comfort level. If you are not able to lay down with ease, we suggest waiting until the body is further along in its healing process to tune.

Can you tune if you have a cold or flu?
Yes, tuning is proven to improve the immune system, but we suggest respect to the surrounding environment. Every location will have their own rules and requirements when it comes to how they choose to handle unwell customers.

Can you combine other treatments with TUNE?
Yes! We suggest that clients clothing remain completely on and their body is not touched during the tune session. We have seen success with combining IV treatments, light therapy, as well as sheet and eye masks.

How often should you TUNE?
Tuning at least 3x a week is recommended. Similar to the benefits of exercise, meditation or supplements, tuning is a practice. We recommend discussing tuning in the terms of a passive, powerful technology that increases the quality of your life when incorporated into your regular schedule.
